I have always loved the infamous 888 Dupont Street in Toronto. Not only is the building itself interesting to look at, but the history is even more interesting. It started as a yarn manufacturer in the 20's, to the last iteration of artists' haven, where it brewed creativity and held legendary (infamous?!) parties. It has finally succumbed to the fate of demolition and continues the area's gentrification. But the legend remains!
Edition: Limited edition original digital Giclée fine art print. 20 signed and numbered editions worldwide.
* Each piece is embossed with the signature Octopus and Dahlias stamp, as shown in the last picture. The stamp will be on the bottom left or right-hand corners. If the location is printed, then the signature and edition number will be in the back.
Size: 24" x 18"
Material: Giclee fine art printing on archival grade 310 gsm Hahnemühle German etching paper – a white, 100% α-cellulose paper – guarantees archival standards. German Etching is acid- and lignin-free and meets the most exacting requirements regarding age resistance. The mould-made etching paper features a distinct textured surface. With its premium matt inkjet coating, German Etching meets the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper.
Care recommendation (guidance only)
Processing time: The printing studio I use to create the highest quality fine art print takes its work very seriously. It is an art form that matches the print to the intense colours I use. As the process takes time, please allow up to 10 business days for printing.
